Ordering is Easy
You can place your order with Canine Spirit either by:
- Ordering Online – If you are worried about providing personal information to our website, please be assured that any information collected is done so respectfully, lawfully and securely. Your credit card details are not stored on our systems. We use the secure processing service of Protx and to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. For further information, please read our Privacy & Security Policy.
- Ordering by Phone – Contact Customer Service on +44 (0) 870 421 5828 Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- By Mail Order - Our catalogues have an Order Form that will allow you to send in your order by mail. You can pay by credit card, cheque or postal order.
It is not secure to send credit card details in an email.
Paying is Easy
You can pay using a major credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch/Maestro. Unfortunately we do not accept Visa Electron or American Express.
Alternatively, if you order by phone, you can pay by cheque (you cannot pay by cheque when ordering online). Send a crossed cheque made payable to ‘Canine Spirit Ltd’ and write your name, address, cheque guarantee card number and card expiry date on the back of the cheque. Cheques must be in pounds sterling for the full amount of the order including postage and packaging. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of the cheque so, please allow an additional 5-7 working days for delivery.
Get the best out of your equipment
Regular care will ensure that your canine equipment serves them well. If gear is not looked after it can become soiled or damaged and its performance can be significantly affected.
Hassle Free Exchanges / Returns
We hope that you and your active canine are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days including a copy of the Return Form which you will find on the back of your invoice. As long as the goods and packaging are received in re-saleable condition, we will either exchange the item as per your request or refund the cost of the goods. For items returned after 14 days, credit may be issued for the purchase price at our discretion. If you are exchanging the item and it is of differing cost, we will credit / charge the difference to your account. For exchanges within the UK, there is no additional postage required. For exchanges from outside the UK, there is an £6 return postage charge.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving them back – please also allow time for the bank to process the transaction. With the exception of faulty goods, we cannot refund delivery or return postage costs, insurance and direct costs (this does not affect your statutory rights). We cannot exchange or refund goods that have been used, washed or damaged. All returned or exchanged items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact to receive full credit. Items like new but missing packaging will be subject to a 10% fee.
Warranty
Canine Spirit fully honours our manufacturers warranties with all goods guaranteed against defects in material or craftsmanship. This does not cover general wear & tear, accidents, improper care or misuse, or damages caused by by your four-legged friends chewing habit. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this guarantee.
Please contact us for prompt repair or replacement at our discretion prior to returning the products. Warranty products will need to be returned clean.
For products damaged due to reasons outside the scope of our guarantee, please contact us direct for further instructions and authorisations before returning any items.
Order Cancellation
By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the item’s delivery to you. To cancel your purchase during this period, please email or write to us giving the reason for the return as ‘contract cancellation’. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Return and original post and packing costs cannot be refunded.
Liability - The total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Canine Spirit.
